The 5* Le Fitz Roy sits at the heart of Europe’s highest ski resort, and will be open exclusively to teams taking part in the 3 Valley Rally and raising funds to support Snow Camp’s work with young people. We can’t wait to welcome our supporters back to this special venue once again!

REGISTER HEREThe 5* Le Fitz Roy is an amazing hotel which we have one again secured for our sole use for this event following a number of years of partnership with our friends at Beaumier Hotels. They are looking forward to showing our teams what Beaumier hospitality is all about, and with all teams staying at the Hotel, the atmosphere will be fantastic. Luxurious rooms, fine dining, a top of the range spa, ski in / ski out access, our own huge terrace overlooking the mountains…it is the perfect base for the event!
With Val Thorens sitting at 3200m, and the event dates being later in the season, we give ourselves the best chance of sunny days and great snow.
The valley is huge, massive ski runs will keep everyone very happy – and we already have a number of fantastic partners in place for all the activities that teams will be taking on as part of the challenge.
Please note, there are plenty of blue and green runs across the valley, plus there is no previous experience needed for any of the activities. There will be instructors on hand for each activity, and they are all great fun to try! Even the Dual Parallel Slalom is set on a lovely long blue run so everyone can have a go.
The event kicks off on Thursday evening with a wonderful Welcome Dinner and drinks with all teams, hosted at Le Fitz Roy restaurant perfectly prepared by their executive chefs.
Afterwards, the classy and cosy bar area will be perfect for some last-minute planning and strategy discussions before we launch the event first thing Friday morning.
After a hearty breakfast, teams will take on 6 snowsport-challenges across the resort over 2 action-packed days (Friday and Saturday), including a biathlon, snowshoe hike, team distance challenge, ski orienteering, team parallel slalom and the longest zip wire in the alps. We’ve also got a few surprises in store for the 2025 event – watch this space!
As well as the challenges themselves, you’ll experience some fantastic apres-ski sessions too. Check out some of the scenes from the past two years!
The après session at the end of Day 1 takes place on our own private terrace at Le Fitz Roy, where the 80’s will be in full effect! Think DJ’s, neon outfits, pizzas, rose and a great chance for teams to share stories from the first day of the event.
The après session at the end of Day 2 is hosted with our friends at the Folie Douce, with a private terrace for our teams to enjoy our own unique apres ski session overlooking the mountains. Then it is a quick ski (or gondala) down to the Hotel, before our top fundraisers and event winners will be celebrated at the Awards Dinner back at Le Fitz Roy. The private party in the Hotel goes on till late with our own resident artists keeping everyone entertained till the early hours.

The Silver Package includes entry to the AJ Bell 3 Vally Rally for a team of 4, and you can check all that this includes in the full Event Pack which you can download below. As before, following your registration, we will be in touch to confirm your room requirements before linking you up with Le Fitz Roy. Teams will then have a minimum fundraising target for Snow Camp of £5,000 per team of 4.
We’re proud to offer the Gold Package once again for 2025! The Gold Package is for those who want to know everything is covered up front, and that everything will be taken care of for your team. It includes full entry to the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally for a team of 4 as above, as well as superior accommodation for 3 nights for your team of 4 in two Junior Suite’s at Le Fitz Roy. Airport transfers to and from Val Thorens and premium level ski hire are also included (Flights not included).
The Gold Package also covers all your fundraising to the level of £7,000 per team of 4 upfront, so you don’t have to worry about this. Every team member will still automatically receive a fundraising page, but there is no requirement to fundraise with the Gold Package. Of course, if you would still like to share your page with your friends and family and tell them about the charity and the challenge you are taking on – please do! And the £7,000 fundraising contribution will show on your team fundraising page as offline fundraising.
If you have guests you would like to bring along to the event, but who do not wish to take part in the challenges, no problem!
Following your team registration, please email our Community & Events Director Dan Keeley (dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk) who will guide you through the various ‘non-competing guest’ options, including any additional rooms, dinners, après ski drinks, ski equipment or ski passes that are needed; all to to ensure your guests have a fantastic experience in Val Thorens cheering on your team.
