Thank you for paying your £500 deposit upon registration to secure your teams space for this years event.
Your balance of £1,900 will be requested two months prior to the event, on Monday 24th February 2025.
Note: All Gold Package team entries will be managed directly with the Team Captains.
The 2025 Event Schedule and Rules will be finalised in the weeks prior to the event itself.

Please note there will be a full event briefing at the welcome dinner on the Thursday evening at Hotel Le Fitz Roy, with any final information circulated in the days before the event as needed.
We look forward to welcoming you at Hotel Le Fitz Roy from 1pm onwards on Thursday 24th April 2025.
Please aim to arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you have enough time to check-in, meet the Snow Camp team, settle into your room, pick up your ski hire and enjoy the spa as you wish before the official welcome evening & dinner starting at 7pm.

You are welcome to depart anytime you wish on Sunday 27th April 2025 after your final breakfast in the hotel.

If you haven’t done so already, please email Dan Keeley (dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk) with your chosen rooms and the names of guests in each room. Once received, Dan will introduce you to Marion at the hotel who will confirm your booking directly.
And don’t forget, Le Fitz Roy are also offering a generous 50% off all rooms at the hotel from Monday 21st to Thursday 24th April in the days leading up to the event itself. If you wish to arrive early and take up the offer, please include your arrival date with Dan in your email.
If you or any member of your team have any dietary requirements, please email dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk who will manage this with the Le Fitz Roy team.
Book your transfers with Coolbus Transfers who’ll donate 10% of your booking to Snow Camp!
There’s no need to use a code upon booking. Just simply visit the Coolbus website or email office@thecoolbus.co.uk to book your transfer today.
Note: If you’re an individual, or looking to team up with others to share a transfer, please email dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk who’ll assist accordingly. If you’re a Gold Package team, Dan will be in touch to arrange your transfers accordingly.
If you’re in need of any ski or snowboard hire for the event, please click on the following links to book your ski hire requirements directly.
Note: You will be able to choose your exact ski’s or snowboard’s when you arrive at the Prosneige shop on arrival day. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk.

To set up your fundraising page, click on the event page and click ‘Start Fundraising’ to follow the steps. Alternatively, just email Dan Keeley at dan.k@snow-camp.org.uk who will help to set-up your page for you.
If you set up your page yourself, we would suggest keeping your page URL very simple e.g justgiving.com/page/girlpowder. Once your page is live, Dan will help to make your page appear as a team page, ready for all your team members to share with friends, family and supporters.
For all Gold Package teams, we will add your fundraising to your team page on your behalf. For all Silver Package teams, your minimum fundraising target is £5,000. Every pound raised by all participants will support Snow Camp’s life-changing work with underprivileged young people across the UK, so thank you for your kind and generous donations and sharing your pages with friends, family and colleagues as you wish.

The evening of Friday 25th is all yours following the 80’s Après Party on Le Fitz Roy terrace. Feel free to book a table in advance at one of the many restaurants around the resort. See the Trip Advisor reviews here for the various restaurants on offer.
